USTA Junior Team Tennis brings together boys and girls, ages 6 to 18, to play singles and doubles against other
co-ed teams. Beyond being fun and a great form of exercise, Junior Team Tennis is level based competition that builds confidence, and promotes team comradery and sportsmanship.
Our local league plays a 7-week season twice a year; spring and fall. We conclude both seasons with our End of Season Tournament. Players who start on a Junior Team Tennis team are expected to be able to serve, maintain a short rally, and can keep score.
Players are assigned to teams based on age and skill level:
-
Age Divisions: 8 and Under, 10 and Under, 12 and Under, 14 and Under, 18 and Under
-
Levels of Play: Beginner and Intermediate
USTA membership is required and is free for our junior players.
Check your local club or Millbrook Tennis Center for specific JTT team information.
